We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage our accounts payable/receivable, assist with month-end close, and ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and forecast.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements.
- Collaborate with external auditors during the annual audit process.
- Maintain organized and accurate financial records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite) and MS Excel.
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
- Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
