Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily general ledger entries and ensure accuracy in all financial transactions.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and provide variance analysis to management.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts on a monthly basis.
- Prepare and file necessary tax documents and maintain audit trails.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred but not required).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate accounting or a related role.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Strong knowledge of US tax laws and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
