As our Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our financial integrity and supporting our clients' success. If you are detail-oriented and driven, we want to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts, bank statements, and credit card transactions.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet).
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions with high accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly payroll reports and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and local financial regulations.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve budgeting processes and forecasting models.
- Assist in the preparation of federal and state tax filings and manage tax schedules.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA designation is highly preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle accounting or a similar financial role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
