Responsibilities

  • Manage daily general ledger accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely posting of journal entries.
  • Prepare, examine, and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports.
  • Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual bank reconciliations to ensure data integrity and identify discrepancies.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings and tax return packages.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, including vendor management and client invoicing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
