Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate general ledger records.
- Assist in the annual budget preparation and financial forecasting processes.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state tax regulations and internal controls.
- Reconcile credit card statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- 3+ years of experience in general accounting or financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage) and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
