Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with weekend reconciliation cycles
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes with weekend transaction processing
- Lead month-end and year-end closing activities during weekend shifts
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations
- Develop financial models and variance reports for executive leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on weekend financial system implementations
- Maintain accurate financial records using SAP and QuickBooks platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with weekend shift exposure
- Advanced proficiency in SAP, QuickBooks, and Excel with VBA skills
- Expert knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting standards
- Proven experience with month-end/quarter-end closing processes
- Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
