Responsibilities
- Manage and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger account analysis to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of tax schedules and support external audit requirements.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insightful financial reporting to management.
- Maintain up-to-date internal controls and financial documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred).
- 3+ years of progressive experience in accounting or financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or Sage) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of U.S. tax regulations and financial compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a high-volume environment.
