Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and prepare variance analyses.
- Ensure strict compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies.
- Support external audit requirements and coordinate with auditors.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks).
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
