Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns and compliance documents.
- Conduct internal audits and recommend process improvements for financial efficiency.
- Collaborate with the finance team to develop budgets and forecasts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- CPA certification or active CPA candidate status is a strong plus.
- Proven experience with QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems.
- Deep understanding of GAAP and tax regulations.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
