Responsibilities
- Manage month-end/year-end closing processes with precision
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Lead internal audits and ensure SOX compliance
- Develop and implement budget forecasting models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial initiatives
- Optimize accounting systems and reporting workflows
- Mentor junior accounting staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in GAAP and complex financial reporting
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Proven experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
