Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including GL maintenance, month-end close, and reconciliations
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements while implementing process improvements
- Lead budgeting and forecasting initiatives to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on audits, tax filings, and financial reporting
- Maintain accurate records in ERP systems and optimize financial workflows
- Prepare executive dashboards and KPI reports for performance monitoring
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate accounting
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, or ERP systems with advanced Excel skills
- Demonstrated expertise in month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
