Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including general ledger maintenance, month-end close, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements, budgets, and variance reports
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX regulations, and tax requirements
- Lead accounts payable/receivable processes and bank reconciliations
- Collaborate with auditors during internal and external reviews
- Implement process improvements for financial efficiency
- Maintain accurate financial records using Oracle NetSuite ERP
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite, SAP, or QuickBooks)
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax laws, and regulatory compliance
- Proven ability to manage month-end close processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Professional certification (CPA, CMA, or CIA) required
