Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding account balances, fees, and services
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products (credit cards, loans, savings)
- Balance cash drawer daily and maintain strict compliance with security protocols
- Assist with new account openings and documentation processing
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve monthly sales targets
- Uphold all bank regulations and anti-fraud procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year customer service or cash handling experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficient in basic computer applications and 10-key typing
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Excellent communication skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Must pass background check and pre-employment screening
