Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers accurately
- Provide exceptional service by answering inquiries and resolving account issues
- Balance cash drawer and maintain precise transaction records
- Cross-sell bank products and services based on customer needs
- Adhere to all banking regulations and security protocols
- Assist with ATM maintenance and night drop services

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of customer service or cash handling experience preferred
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail

- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
