Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments) with 100% accuracy
- Deliver personalized financial solutions through product cross-selling
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and disputes with exceptional service
- Balance cash drawer and reconcile daily transactions
- Act as brand ambassador through professional appearance and communication
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- New Mexico Notary Public certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills highly desirable
