Responsibilities
- Process 50+ daily transactions with 99% accuracy including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Resolve complex customer inquiries regarding accounts, policies, and digital banking tools
- Actively cross-sell banking products while maintaining strict compliance standards
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions with precision
- Support branch initiatives including community outreach and financial literacy programs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling experience in retail or financial services
- Proven ability to maintain 100% compliance with banking regulations
- Exceptional communication skills with multilingual proficiency preferred
- Proficient in core banking software and digital platforms
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
