Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Manage general ledger entries, perform bank reconciliations, and conduct variance analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial models for executive leadership.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations and GAAP standards.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial reporting and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/CMA preferred).
- 3+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in financial software (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders effectively.
