Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with attention to GAAP compliance
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable functions and cash flow management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and advanced Excel modeling
- Support external audits and tax preparation activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with remote work exposure
- Expertise in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software (Sage 100 a plus)
- Deep understanding of GAAP standards and regulatory compliance
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail accuracy
