In this pivotal role, you will manage complex financial reporting, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive process improvements within our finance department.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in strict adherence to GAAP standards.
- Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring all general ledger reconciliations are accurate and timely.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable operations, optimizing cash flow and vendor relationships.
- Assist in external audits and internal controls reviews to maintain full regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop accurate budgets and financial forecasts.
- Generate detailed financial reports and presentations for executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- CPA certification is highly preferred.
- 3+ years of progressive experience in corporate accounting or finance.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software (SAP, NetSuite, or QuickBooks).
- Strong understanding of US tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
