Responsibilities
- Oversee the monthly and annual financial close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare complex financial statements and reconciliations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain the general ledger, including journal entries and accruals.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and perform variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP accounting standards and internal control policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial operations and reporting workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- CPA certification is strongly preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
