Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and internal controls
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and cash flow management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Lead audit preparation and coordinate with external auditors
- Maintain accurate financial records using NetSuite and advanced Excel modeling
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expertise in month-end close, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Proven experience with SOX compliance and internal controls
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to executive leadership
- Remote work experience required with strong self-management capabilities
