Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with executive summaries
- Lead internal audits and ensure GAAP compliance
- Develop and implement process improvements for financial workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting
- Maintain compliance with federal/state tax regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Proven experience with financial reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interactions
- Experience in public accounting or corporate finance
