Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle accounting processes including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring compliance with UK GAAP and IFRS standards
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and tax compliance
- Develop financial models and variance analysis for strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial operations
- Maintain accurate financial records using SAP and QuickBooks platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with 5+ years of progressive experience
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent professional certification
- Expertise in UK GAAP/IFRS and multinational financial reporting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and accounting software
- Proven experience in remote team collaboration and time management
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving ability
