Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and provide variance analysis.
- Ensure accuracy of financial data and compliance with internal controls.
- Collaborate with the finance team on audit preparation and tax filings.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts monthly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience preferred.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting standards.
