Responsibilities
- Perform daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable reconciliation.
- Process payroll for night shift staff accurately and on time.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
- Manage general ledger entries and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and file necessary tax documentation and reports.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless operational continuity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems.
- Must be available to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
