Responsibilities
- Manage daily, monthly, and year-end accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and long-term financial forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and internal control procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial reporting processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) is highly preferred.
- 3+ years of progressive experience in corporate accounting or a related field.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex financial data.
