Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
- Perform complex general ledger reconciliations for various accounts and subsidiaries.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and provide variance analysis to senior management.
- Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, meeting all key deadlines.
- Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits and tax filings.
- Streamline accounts payable and receivable processes to optimize cash flow.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA certification is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
