Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Manage general ledger accounting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Conduct internal audits and variance analysis to identify financial risks and opportunities.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes and manage vendor relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
