Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial operations, including general ledger reconciliation and variance analysis.
- Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes with precision and efficiency.
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements and regulatory reports.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings and external audits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Maintain accurate financial records in strict compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
- Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (NetSuite, QuickBooks, or SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines under pressure.
