- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for key client accounts
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and industry-specific regulations
- Implement process improvements using advanced ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic financial initiatives
- Mentor junior accountants and support audit preparation processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, audits, and regulatory compliance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience managing high-volume transaction processing
