Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and GL reconciliations
- Lead month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Develop and implement financial controls and compliance protocols
- Collaborate with auditors during external reviews
- Manage tax preparation and filing requirements
- Support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Strong GAAP knowledge and regulatory compliance expertise
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
