Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including GL, AP/AR, and month-end close
- Prepare accurate financial statements and compliance reports
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting
- Ensure adherence to GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Lead process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency
- Mentor junior accounting staff and support departmental growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Proven experience with financial reporting and analysis
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle a plus)
