Responsibilities

- Prepare complex financial statements and SEC filings
- Lead audits and ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS standards
- Develop and implement financial forecasting models
- Mentor junior accountants and process improvements
- Collaborate with tax and advisory teams on integrated solutions
- Present financial insights to C-suite executives and board members
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years public accounting or corporate finance experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks, Oracle, or ERP systems
- Advanced Excel modeling and data visualization skills
- Proven track record with multi-state compliance
