Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Lead account reconciliations for 50+ bank accounts and subsidiary ledgers
- Manage complex payroll processing for 200+ employees across multiple states
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with tax department for quarterly estimated tax filings
- Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation schedules
- Present financial insights to executive leadership team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks Online and advanced Excel functions
- Proven experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience managing accounting teams of 3+ professionals
- Proficient in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
