- Lead accounts payable/receivable processes and reconciliation activities
- Conduct financial audits and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Oversee payroll processing and tax compliance reporting
- Maintain internal controls and documentation standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
- Deep knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, and tax regulations
- Proven experience with financial reporting and audit coordination
