Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks and Xero
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reconcile bank accounts
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations
- Collaborate with CFOs on budget forecasting and financial strategy
- Train junior staff on accounting best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks, Xero, and Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP and tax compliance
- Proven ability to manage multiple client portfolios
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities for client interactions
