Responsibilities
- Manage monthly financial close processes and ensure accurate reporting
- Lead accounts payable/receivable operations and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare financial statements and regulatory compliance documentation
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and industry regulations
- Supervise junior accounting staff and mentor finance interns
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- CPA certification or actively pursuing required
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Proven experience with financial reporting systems (e.g., SAP)
