Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable/receivable with nightly reconciliation cycles
- Process payroll and tax filings with strict deadlines
- Maintain accurate general ledger and financial reporting systems
- Prepare monthly financial statements for executive review
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly compliance checks
- Support month-end closing procedures
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years bookkeeping experience with night shift exposure
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Advanced knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or QuickBooks ProAdvisor designation
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
