Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Accountant to join our elite finance team in Columbus, Ohio. This is a Direct Hire position offering the security of a permanent role with the added benefit of Weekly Pay.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the month-end and year-end close processes to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements, variance analysis, and operational reports.
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts, including intercompany transactions.
- Supervise the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions to ensure timely processing.
- Assist in external audits and internal control compliance.
- Implement and improve accounting policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial regulatory requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
