Responsibilities
- Oversee daily general ledger activities and ensure accurate month-end close procedures.
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements, including balance sheets and P&L reports.
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable and accounts receivable functions efficiently.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly tax documents and annual external audits.
- Perform detailed bank reconciliations and resolve any financial discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with GAAP and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) and MS Excel.
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high attention to detail and organization.
