Responsibilities
- Oversee the full-cycle accounting process, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
- Manage and reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process for department heads.
- Conduct variance analysis and prepare audit schedules.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, QuickBooks, or NetSuite).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
