Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize financial reporting processes including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow analyses
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing procedures with accuracy and timeliness
- Lead audits and ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and industry regulations
- Develop and implement financial controls to mitigate risk and enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic financial decision-making
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities
- Maintain accurate records and prepare detailed financial documentation for stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/MBA preferred
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with remote work exposure
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, auditing, and compliance frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

- Experience with ERP systems and financial software implementation
