Responsibilities
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial statement preparation
- Perform reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage vendor relationships
- Support internal audits and compliance documentation
- Analyze financial data using Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks/SAP)
- Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or entry-level experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles
- Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proactive problem-solving mindset
- Valid CPA eligibility preferred
