Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable operations.
- Perform nightly bank reconciliations and general ledger adjustments.
- Process payroll accurately for night-shift employees.
- Prepare and send invoices and manage expense reports.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Communicate with vendors and team members via email during the shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar financial role (2+ years preferred).
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros).
- Strong attention to detail and error-free data entry.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines during night shifts.
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace required.
