Responsibilities
- Oversee the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial statements.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, variance analysis, and budget forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage general ledger reconciliation and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
- Supervise the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including monitoring cash flow.
- Assist external auditors during audits and coordinate the preparation of tax filings.
- Implement and improve internal controls and financial processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA or CMA certification is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in corporate accounting or financial management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present financial information to stakeholders.
