What You Will Do
We are looking for someone who can bridge the gap between raw data and strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly and annual financial close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Prepare complex financial statements and variance analyses for senior management review.
- Manage general ledger reconciliations and resolve complex accounting discrepancies.
- Assist in the coordination of external audits and internal control assessments.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for financial reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5+ years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate or public accounting setting.
- CPA certification is a strong advantage.
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (SAP, NetSuite, or QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
- Deep knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and local tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
