Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for executive leadership
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting
- Conduct variance analysis to explain performance against budgets
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and valuation analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or investment finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial modeling software
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex data to non-financial audiences
