Responsibilities
- Perform detailed variance analysis on monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets to identify trends and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Develop complex financial models and forecasts to support long-term strategic planning and capital allocation decisions.
- Prepare clear and concise monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for senior management and board meetings.
- Conduct thorough research and data analysis to assess the financial viability of new projects and business initiatives.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure accurate tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
- Assist in the annual audit process by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-financial stakeholders.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus.
