Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making and capital investment decisions.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and forecasting.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop budgets and long-term financial plans aligned with company goals.
- Identify key trends, risks, and opportunities in financial data to drive performance improvement initiatives.
- Present complex financial data to senior management and stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
- Maintain and enhance internal financial systems and reporting processes for maximum efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5 years of proven experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial regulations, and corporate accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
