Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting for diverse client portfolios
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
- Develop and implement internal controls for financial systems
- Collaborate with audit teams to resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate tax filings and regulatory documentation
- Train junior accountants on financial best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of public accounting experience
- CPA certification required
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong knowledge of Tennessee tax regulations
- Proven experience with multi-state compliance
